Change Password Required

This screen appears automatically when you log in if your password has not been changed in the last 180 days. Under the new security policy, you must set a new password before you can access the system.
  • ○  At least 8 characters
  • ○  One uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • ○  One lowercase letter (a–z)
  • ○  At least one number (0–9)
  • ○  One special character (!@#$%^&*...)

Forgot Password?

Use the Forgot Password option only if you do not remember your current password or are unable to log in.
What you need to do:
  1. Enter your registered Email ID / Username in the given field.
  2. Click Submit.
The system will send a 6-digit OTP to your registered email address.

OTP

A 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) has been sent to your registered email address.

  1. Open the email and find the 6-digit code.
  2. Enter the code in the fields below.
  3. Click Submit to verify the code.

If the email has not arrived, wait a moment and check your spam/junk folder. If it still hasn't appeared, click Resend to get a new code.

Note: The OTP is valid for 30 minutes only — enter it promptly. Never share this code with anyone.

New Password

After your OTP is verified, set your new password here.

  1. In the New Password field, enter a new password that meets all of the requirements.
  2. Click the eye icon to view the password and confirm it is correct.
  3. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the same password.
  4. Click Submit. Your password will be reset, and you can now log in with your new password.
